I am a freelance sound engineer, production manager, composer and musician based in New York. I have many years of experience producing, recording and mixing music. I have worked with bands and Grammy Awards nominated and winner musicians in studios and live concerts.

I managed one of the most well renowned and demanding music studios in Tehran, called Deylaman. I produced, engineered and recorded many music albums and singles, sound effects for films, audio books, radio shows and ads.

For the past ten years, I have engineered Front Of House sound at hundreds of shows and concert tours around the world. Some of the prestigious concert halls and venues I have engineered in the last couple of years include: Walt Disney Concert Hall, Shrine Auditorium and Royce Hall in Los Angeles; Town Hall and Central Park in New York; Kennedy Center, Lisner Hall and Andrew Mellon in Washington, D.C.; Zellerbach Auditorium in Berkeley; The Symphony Center in Chicago; Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto, Canada; Royal Festival Hall in London, U.K.; Herkulessaal in Munich, Germany; Konzerthaus in Vienna, Austria; Konserthuset in Gothenborg, Sweden; Sheikh Rashid Hall in Dubai, U.A.E.; and many other venues in countries such as France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Turkey and Iran.

I organized many of the concerts above where I was in charge of booking venues, setting up meetings, writing contracts, estimating budgets and expenses. I was responsible for organizing travels, writing sound technical riders, ordering rental equipment and coordinating with artists, promoters and press.

I have more than two decades of experience as a performing musician and composer. I play santur (dulcimer), piano, ud and percussion.
